Suzanne
Kearney is a professional makeup artist who
is based in the Metrowest/Boston area. She was educated by a team of
makeup artists from Trish McEvoy in NYC in 2000. Suzanne has brought
many clients from ordinary to extraordinary through creative color
palettes, and a variety of different styles (classic, natural,
commercial). She uses a variety of products made from Arbonne (a Swiss
make-up company), everything from cleansers and toners, full body
lotions, to day or evening makeup.
I have been gifted with the
talent of making women look beautiful,
which helps them gain confidence, with makeup application techniques. I
am a very compassionate and caring person, I see my client for who she
is and give a look that’s right for her. I also have plenty
of
experience with working with bridal parties and have the patience and
sensitivity working with most everyone.
Your wedding day is one of
the most special days of your life and
looking your best should be part of it! I offer bridal and special
occasion makeup, and perform on-site makeup application in
Massachusetts, the New England area, or wherever your special
day
may be.
Prior to opening her own
business, and becoming a makeup artist Suzanne
was educated at Northeastern University, and received her
Bachelor’s degree in Science and Communication Studies. While
attending, Dean’s List was amongst her many achievements.
Suzanne
has since continued her education and became certified in Nutrition,
Sales & Motivation, and Human Resources. With her
certifications
she applied them to various businesses (high end salons & day
spas)
throughout Boston through marketing strategies to promote product line
and drive business growth (2002). She built and managed relationships
with private and business clientele, including sub contractors
agreements.
Her work has given her
opportunity to travel and work with many
different clients. One of which she had the honor of working with
Donald Trump himself at the Trump Maralago Club in Pam Beach Florida
(in 2003). A few of her other known clients she has worked with are:
Trish McEvoy, Salon Direct and Grettacole.

My Reality Show
Through my extensive
clientele and contacts, I was approached to be the makeup artist in
Season Two of Iron Brides, which will be airing December 2009 on MY
TV. I gladly accepted the opportunity to educate 8 brides to be,
before their special wedding day. I try to make every interaction very
personal and positive. In a world of constant change, with ethnicities
blending together, I feel the goal should be to expand our definition
of what we consider “acceptable,” “normal”, and
“beautiful.” The future will belong to those with
open minds and open hearts, who can appreciate beauty in all its
forms. The women on Iron Brides are educated by different life
coaches and trainers, me being one of them! I hope to have helped
them reach their full beauty potential both inside and out. By teaching
someone to look good on the outside, it makes you feel good on the
inside, which boosts your self-confidence and helps you live your life
